The design project requires obtaining certain items that will be translated into creating the design. Theses items include site plan, elevations, property photos, measurements and any other items that would assist in clarifying a particular design item. For easy access, we use Dropbox to exchange all project artifacts. All project folders reside under the contactor's folder name. Note: A Dropbox account is only necessary for uploading files.

Once the design project has been agreed upon, we schedule the initial design review. For smaller projects not requiring a meeting, we can simply agree on the date for the file(s) to be uploaded. All design files are uploaded in PDF format. Any revisions required are to be clearly annotated on the initial plan and color scanned as a PDF and upload into the Dropbox folder. If file is small enough, it can simply be emailed. The final design upload and review will be determined during this time.

Once the the final design has been approved whether 2D and/or 3D, the contractor sends an email indicating that all looks good and is accepted. All design artifacts will be verified to be available in the contractor's project folder before closing the project. Note: Should there be an HOA/ARB involved with the approval process, then a pass from the board would be considered to complete the design project. For animation, You Tube links will be in a text file in the same project folder.

We'll always make ourselves available for unscheduled design project discussions as well as post project follow ups. We understand situations occur out of the contractor's control such as customer decisions, material scheduling, weather and inspections. These may need to be addressed sooner than later and to keep your project on running on time, we can prioritize a project based the time requirements.
